Harmonizing minds through integrative care, one personalized journey at a time.
Transforming mental healthcare
Welcome to our tele-psychiatric private practice, dedicated to providing tailored mental health treatment to adults. At our practice, we take a patient-centered approach, acknowledging that each individual's journey to well-being is unique and deeply personal.
Our Comittment
Individualized Treatment: We understand that mental health is not a one-size-fits-all solution. That's why we work collaboratively with each patient to develop a customized treatment plan. Our aim is to empower patients to actively participate in their own healing process, ensuring their treatment is completed with them rather than for them.
Holistic Care: Our approach to mental health is holistic, addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying factors that contribute to overall well-being. Our treatment plans extend beyond medication and include a range of non-pharmacological options, such as diet and exercise recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, recommendations for complementary and alternative treatments and therapeutic strategies designed to promote mental wellness.
Education and Empowerment: We firmly believe that knowledge is a powerful tool in the journey to mental health. Therefore, we provide extensive education about diagnoses and medications, empowering our patients to make informed decisions about their own care. We strive to ensure that our patients understand their treatment fully, helping them actively engage in their path to recovery.
Our practice is committed to offering more than just medication; we are dedicated to helping our patients achieve holistic mental wellness through personalized treatment and comprehensive support. We are here to guide you every step of the way, as you embark on your path towards a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
Prioritizing Women's Mental Health:
Tailored holistic Care for Life's Challenges, Accessible through Telehealth
Women's mental health is a vital component of overall well-being, intricately linked to the multifaceted demands of their daily lives. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I understand the unique challenges women face, navigating through roles as caregivers, professionals, and homemakers. The significance of addressing mental health concerns in this context cannot be overstated.
Daily stressors, from parenting responsibilities to managing households and work-related pressures, can take a toll on mental well-being. Recognizing and prioritizing mental health is crucial for maintaining balance and resilience. Seeking mental health care is not just an act of self-care; it's a proactive step towards sustainable well-being.
In my practice, I am dedicated to providing integrative care tailored specifically for women or those who identify as women. By incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities, I aim to address the emotional and practical dimensions of their lives. Through telehealth, I offer a convenient and accessible platform for women to prioritize their mental health without compromising the demands of their daily routines. Embracing this approach ensures that individuals receive personalized care, fostering a harmonious blend of emotional and practical well-being.

About our Services
Private Pay Only
Our practice operates on a private pay-only basis, and we do not accept insurance. This deliberate choice enables our healthcare providers to dedicate the necessary time and attention to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. By not being bound by the constraints and directives of insurance requirements, we can prioritize the unique needs and preferences of our patients, ensuring that the care provided remains patient-centered and unrestricted by external dictates.
Client Age Spectrum
Our practice exclusively serves the adult population, specifically those aged 18 -65. This focus on adults is rooted in the recognition that telehealth care, as our sole mode of service delivery, is optimally suited to cater to the unique requirements and complexities of adult patients.
By limiting our patient base to adults, we can ensure that our healthcare providers can dedicate their expertise and resources to the specific needs of this demographic. This specialized approach allows us to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care that aligns with the unique healthcare requirements of our adult patients.
No Controlled Substance Policy
Our practice maintains a strict policy of not prescribing controlled substances. This policy is rooted in our commitment to providing telehealth-only services, which do not allow for the comprehensive in-person assessments required for the prescribing of these medications. Additionally, this approach ensures compliance with federal and state regulations that mandate in-person visits for certain controlled substances.
Controlled substances that are not prescribed by our practice include but are not limited to benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan), hypnotics (e.g., temazepam, Lunesta, Ambien), and stimulants (e.g., Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, Concerta).
It is important to note that our commitment to non-prescription of controlled substances does not compromise the quality of mental health treatment. Instead, we are dedicated to exploring alternative medications that may offer greater efficacy and lower risk for managing our patients' unique needs.
